Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, disordered eating, and body image struggles…Nearly all women have experienced some version of these mental health struggles at various points in their lifetime.
Why not shine a light on them, remove the taboo or “secrecy” that we all may feel around them and own them. By shining a light on women’s mental health, we can normalize these experiences and provide each other with strategies and support to lessen their burden and even heal from them.
